Warranty Policy
At Wallpex, we stand behind the durability, engineering, and craftsmanship of our architectural materials. We provide a limited warranty on our products to ensure builders, architects, and homeowners can specify our materials with absolute confidence.
1. Warranty Coverage
Wallpex warrants that our premium boards will remain free from manufacturing defects, termite infestation, fungal decay, and structural splitting or cracking under normal use and service.
This warranty is applicable to the following architectural product ranges:
- Premium WPC Boards: 10-Year Limited Warranty
- Premium PVC Boards: 7-Year Limited Warranty
- 3-Layer WPC Boards: 12-Year Limited Warranty
2. Installation and Maintenance Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage, all Wallpex materials must be stored, handled, and installed in strict accordance with the official Wallpex Installation Guidelines and building regulations.
Improper installation, including inadequate support spacing, incorrect fastening, or lack of proper ventilation, will invalidate the warranty.
3. Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear, color fading, or exposure to extreme weather elements over time.
- Improper storage, handling, or transport of the boards prior to installation.
- Structural settlement, movement, or collapse of the supporting framework.
- Misuse, vandalism, abuse, or exposure to corrosive chemical agents.
- Natural disasters, including floods, earthquakes, fires, and lightning.
